• WARRANTY POLICY
• Every one of our LG or Samsung appliances is backed by a free 1-year warranty* . The warranty covers all mechanical or functional issues. Our warranty is through a 3rd party who is responsible for delivery and installation if you decide to have the appliance delivered and installed. They will also come and fix any mechanical issues for free for the first 45 days. If they are not able to fix it for whatever reason, and it's within the first 45 days of the purchase, we will exchange it for a similar one. After 45 days, our 3rd party will come to fix any mechanical issue, and a service charge of $99 dollars will be charged. A $45 service charge will be collected for any home visit that concluded with no repairs needed at all.
